VitalBodies extends a warm thanks to the team at FileZilla for creating such a great program and tool!

How To Install FileZilla:

Applications > Add/remove… >  Change SHOW to All Open Source Applications > Enable Filezilla

You can search for Filezilla in Add Remove Applications to find it.

How To Export Your Bookmarks:

VitalBodies suggests that you Export your FileZilla Site Manager Entries every now and then so you have them backed up.

In FileZilla: Edit > Export…

Filezilla saves your Entries (bookmarks) as an xml file. On VitalBodies system the file saved was Called FileZilla.xml

How To Load Entries / Bookmarks:

If you saved your bookmarks for Filezilla then you save yourself from retyping all your log in information (like user names and passwords and such). How do you install FileZilla Entries (bookmarks) in FileZilla?

If You Retrieved Your sitemanager.xml: If you went into a backup file and grabbed your old sitemanager.xml here is how to load it into FileZilla.

Places > Home Folder >

View > Show Hidden Files > .Filezilla

Rename sitemanager.xml to sitemanager.xml_old in case you have to go back.
Basically you have to replace the sitemanager.xml with your one from back up.

This means you just have to copy your sitemanager.xml and paste it into the .Filezilla directory.

Start FileZilla and you should be up and going again.
