A sustaining~Healing~EnergiZing~Super Satisfying dish~


Flavor Full with the Crunch Just Right!

  • Thick org Oats topped with Frozen Blueberries
  • Don’t add water … just flax oil and mix … Waay more Delish!
  • Ground Sunflower Seeds in coffee grinder ~mix well
  • Un~sweetened Caco Nibs to liking
  • Raw Cashews ~ less than 10
  • 2 Tbs. Lecithin ~ mix
  • Flax Oil ~ mix
  • Grind large or small dried Coconut flakes in coffee grinder till  smooth and creamy ~mix


To keep from being mushy ~ Only a little water allowing blueberries to mix flavorFully & colorFully with the oats. Also  combining ingredients fairly swiftly creates lack of mushy…unless mushy preferred. With all ingredients out and no cooking involved, this is a quick Ultra Enlivening food for to prepare for the day!
